Every call answered, at any hour.
A receptionist that picks up on the second ring, day or night. It handles the routine questions, books into your calendar, and passes anything unusual to a person. Every call arrives as a transcript and a short summary.
The problem
Calls arrive when nobody is free to take them — on site, after hours, or during another job.
Most callers who reach voicemail do not leave a message and do not try again, so there is rarely any record that they called at all.
Covering the phone properly means hiring for a role that is quiet for half the day and overwhelmed for the other half.

Common questions
Will my customers know they are talking to a machine?
Yes. It introduces itself clearly at the start of the call. Nothing is disguised. If a caller wants a person, saying so hands them straight to you.
How is this different from the $49 receptionist apps I can find online?
Those hand you an empty agent and a dashboard, and you build the call flow yourself. We build it around how your business actually works, connect it to your calendar, and keep fixing it every month. You are buying the setup and the upkeep, not software.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It says so and passes the call to you, rather than guessing. You set which topics always go to a person.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. We keep your existing number and route calls to the system, so nothing changes for people who already have it.
What counts toward the 500 minutes?
Only time spent on live calls. Most single-location businesses stay inside it. Past 500 minutes it is $0.35 a minute, billed as used.
How long until it is live?
Usually one to two weeks from the first call, depending on how many tools we connect it to.
