03 — Manage

Going live is the start. Not the finish.

Business processes change. The software you connect to changes. Customers do things nobody predicted. A system nobody is watching gets worse quietly, and you find out from an upset customer. This is the tier that stops that — and it is where most of the value shows up in year two.

from $790/moThree tiers — see pricing

The problem

An automation that fails silently is worse than no automation. The work stops arriving and nobody notices for a fortnight.

The tools you connect to change without asking. A calendar update or a CRM change can break a step that ran fine for months.

And the first system you build is rarely the last one worth building — but only if someone is looking for the next one.

How it works

What actually happens

Step 1 of 5

What you get

  • Monitoring of the systems that are live, and alerts when a step fails instead of silence
  • Failures found and fixed — a booking that did not get created, a record that did not update, a connection that changed
  • The AI improved as it is used: what it says, when it escalates, what it knows, how it qualifies
  • Your integrations maintained as the software either side of them changes
  • A monthly report, and a review with a person
  • A standing look for the next process worth automating, so the roadmap keeps going

Who it’s for

  • Businesses running systems that now matter to daily operations
  • Businesses that do not want to hire internally for AI, automation and integration work
  • Owners who want the roadmap to keep moving instead of stopping at project one

What’s not included

Stated here so the scope is clear before the invoice, not after it.

  • Building entirely new systems — significant new work is quoted as an implementation
  • Support for software Orlixs did not build or connect
  • Third-party usage costs, which stay billed to you at cost
  • A guarantee of specific results. We keep the systems working; we do not promise what your market will do

Price

$790/mo

Three tiers — see pricing. Month to month — no lock-in.

Most businesses run this alongside one or two others. Essentials and Growth cost less than the same services bought separately.

Questions

Common questions

What do the three tiers cost?

$790, $1,690 and $3,900 a month. What separates them is how many systems are being managed, how complex they are, and how much ongoing development is included. All three are on the pricing page in full.

Is this just support?

No. Support waits for you to report a problem. This watches for the problem, fixes it, improves the system as it is used, and looks for the next thing worth building.

Is it a contract?

Month to month. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.

What if I do not take it?

You get the documentation and the accounts and you run it yourself, which some businesses with their own technical people do. We will be honest on the call about whether that is realistic for you.

Can you manage systems you did not build?

Sometimes. It depends on how they were built and whether we can see inside them. We would look at that during an assessment before agreeing to take them on.

The outcome

The systems keep working, keep getting better, and keep finding the next thing worth automating.
