What if the answer is that we should not automate anything?
Then we say so, and you have saved yourself an implementation fee. It has happened. A plan that tells you to leave a process alone is worth what you paid for it.
Do I have to build it with you afterwards?
No. The blueprint is yours. Take it to another firm or your own team if you prefer. If you do build with us, the $1,800 comes off the implementation.
How long does the assessment take?
Usually one to two weeks from the discovery session, depending on how many workflows we are mapping and how quickly we can get time with your team.
How much of my team's time does it need?
One session of about ninety minutes with you, and short conversations with whoever handles calls, enquiries and admin. We work from what you already have after that.
Why is it paid, when other firms audit for free?
A free audit is a sales meeting, and it ends in a recommendation to buy the thing that firm sells. We would rather be paid for the analysis so the recommendation can be honest, including when the answer is no.
